Delivery Policy
The software will be despatched within seven working days of order placement. The software will be delivered either on CD by surface mail or in electronic form via the internet as requested by the Licensee.

Replacement
In the event of the software being issued on a faulty CD the Licensor will issue a replacement CD free of charge within seven days of receipt of the faulty CD. Replacement copies of the software in electronic form are available for a nominal charge of £25 plus VAT.

Refunds Returns & Cancellations
QUAD Business Builder software is supplied under an annual licence agreement that complements the specific needs of different user-groups. Refunds, returns and cancellations are not available under the terms of these agreements.

Privacy Policy
We do not record retain or store any financial data (eg credit or debit card numbers or bank details) relating to any of our clients.
